Moringa Overnight Oats 

Overnight oats are simply oats that have been soaked in a liquid over night. By the morning you will find most of the liquid has been absorbed by the oats and its ready to eaten. If you tend to be in a rush in the morning then overnight oats are probably a good idea. You can soak the oats in milk or like my recipe both milk and yoghurt. This gives it more of a creamy texture. 


Total time: 8-9hours

Makes: 1 serving 

 Ingredient:

 200ml of Milk 

1 tsp of Moringa Powder 

1 Cup Gluten free oats 

1 Tsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbs Agave Nectar 

4 tbs Yoghurt 

Method:

Add all ingredients to a Bowl or jar. Mix well and set it in the fridge until the morning. 

Add your toppings and enjoy. 

I paired the oats with some seeds and warm spiced apple.
