Chilli & Coriander Corn on the Cob



You can’t go wrong with an ear of corn on the cob. Nothing beats biting into it and your mouth being filled with the sweet taste of corn. As a child the only topping I knew for corn on the cob was butter. Oh how I wish I knew what I know now!





2 ears of corn on the cob (without husks)

Half a lime

1 Tbs melted coconut oil

1 large pinch of black pepper

1 small pinch of Spice Caves – Fire seasoning                     (This is optional)

1 large pinch of Chilli powder

A hand Full of chopped Coriander


Put the grill on a medium heat and place the corn underneath. Grill the corn for 10 mins turning the corn occasionally Untill it is charred and cook through.

 Now it’s time to season! Tip: hold the corn with one hand and rotate it as you season.

Immediately place the corn in a bowl and cover the entire corn with the coconut oil. Sprinkle on the black pepper, fire seasoning and chilli. Squeeze the lime on top then cover with a handful of chopped coriander.

Ready to serve
