Turmeric Cauliflower Rice 

Cauliflower is such a Versatile vegetable, One I love to experiment with. This recipe leaves loads of room for experimenting with flavours.  Can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days or frozen for a couple of weeks.  

Total Time: 17 minutes 

Ingredients
1 Small Cauliflower broken into florets

1 tbsp Coconut oil

1 1/3 tsp Turmeric

1/2 tsp Black pepper 


Method:

Preheat oven to gas mark 5

To a bowl add the cauliflower, turmeric, black pepper, salt and coconut oil. 

Mix Until all the florets are yellow.

Line a baking tray with grease proof paper and place the cauliflower on the baking try and roast for 15 minute. 

Once the 15 minutes are up add the cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until the Cauliflower resembles rice.
